Review: Visual Day Planner

My review of Visual Day Planner 7.1 is up on PCMag’s site.

Time stops for no one, but we can attempt to make better use of it with one of the many available scheduling programs. Enter inKline Global Inc.’s Visual Day Planner 7.1 ($29.95 list), which helps track your days with a simple-to-use calendar and fun (though not quite professional) planning features. Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer much in terms of new features, and, as its name suggests, the program focuses mainly on visuals rather than functionality. Version 7.1 does bring to the table a tweaked interface, reloadable picture icons, an enhanced recurring event function, support for public holidays in 20 countries, and improved network alarms. Multiple users can set these alarms to remind each other of appointments in real time.
