Not only is it about partisan power, it is also about an arrogant, ego driven president who feels he knows better than anybody else what is good for you, me and America. Remember, our smoking president is the "smartest guy in the room".
Both sides our right on some things, but the bill isn't a good result. I don't think there is a Republican out there who doesn't want reform, nor do I think all Democrats want this bill. I expect to see several more back room deals before the 18th.
Obama has lied on so many fronts, I am surprised his support isn't waning near daily.
